Complex Internal Adaptions

We’re unique within the Changing Places arena. We stand as one of the very few organisations with the experience and expertise to fully own complex projects — modular, traditional build or adaptation. Through our people and a select group of subcontractors, we have the capabilities to provide a full turnkey service for most projects.

Project Management

Full management of the project from architecture to managing timescales, including any associated processes such as fire safety, building regulations, and health & safety. We oversee daily activities to ensure everything is going to plan and provide regular updates.

Construction Expertise

RISE provide every service you can imagine when it comes to your build. From electricians and plumbers to structural engineering, we have wide ranging capabilities to ensure every element of your project is completed on time and on budget.

Specialist Equipment

We aren’t tied into any equipment manufacturer, so you are able to take your pick from a wide range of suppliers and specialist equipment. Ranging from budget friendly to premium, we source and install equipment to suit the needs of your users and your budget.

Our Capabilities

RISE is one of the only Changing Places providers with the capability to provide a full internal adaptation. From planning, through the build process, selecting equipment, and those final finishing touches, we carry out all works ourselves. This eliminates the need for you to source different suppliers or sub-contractors – we do it all for you.

Changing Places Specification

Changing Places contain more specialist equipment than a standard accessible toilet. To be fully compliant – and registered – the facility must include the following:

Get Ready with RISE

With our capabilities, adapting an existing space and installing a new Changing Places toilet is made easy, here is what happens after our initial consultation…

We help find a location suitable for an internal adaption. A quote is provided plus drawings showing how the new toilet and required equipment will fit into the existing building.

We start building works to make your space suitable to house a fully compliant Changing Places toilet, including ceiling height, room dimensions, and door position.

Once building works are complete, we second fix all specialist equipment and complete finishing touches. We’ll also provide training and register your facility.
