We work in an industry where our products significantly change lives, so it’s impossible to not be affected by the stories and the lives of the people we meet. Every project we deliver makes us want to do better and help more people. We’re on a mission to help others whilst building a sustainable, socially responsible, ethical business.
At RISE, we believe in access for all. We believe that people with disabilities should be able to access safe, clean, and dignified public toilet facilities, and participate inclusively in society. Our team is on a mission is to make this happen, guided by a philosophy to ‘do the right thing’.

We place people before profits, advising on the most appropriate solution (even if that’s not our own). We use the best people, products, and materials, to provide a turnkey service that keeps things simple for our customers.
Do the Right Thing by Our Communities…
We’re privileged to do the work we do and give back wherever possible. With our High Five Promise, we put our money where our mouth is — donating at least five per cent of our time and annual profits to projects within our communities.
Although we build a range of facilities for people with disabilities, including sensory rooms, we are particularly passionate about loos! The Changing Places campaign is close to our hearts and each time we install a new toilet we’re proud of the small role we have played by increasing the number of Changing Places across the country.
The Changing Places campaign was founded in 2006 on behalf of everyone who needs access to a toilet with adequate space and specialist equipment. There are over a quarter of a million people in the UK that need Changing Places toilets and although we are in a significantly better position now, more toilets are still needed.
We work closely with the Changing Places Consortium to ensure that our work directly benefits and meets the needs of the most vulnerable people in society, and to further promote the problem, and solution.
Being able to visit a public toilet without worrying about access, hygiene and safety is a privilege to most of us. For some, a simple day out can’t happen without factoring in toilets. Together with the consortium, businesses, tourist attractions, campaigners, and fundraisers, we are dedicated to boosting the number of Changing Places toilets everywhere.

Our High Five Promise originated with a promise to donate five per cent of our time and annual profits to Changing Places projects but has grown into something bigger. We work with businesses and community groups in a range of ways to ensure they reach their inclusivity goals.
From helping with fundraising campaigns to offering our expertise, and that of our partners. We have worked collaboratively on several projects to date and always welcome more. If you have a project in mind but are having difficulties with funding, awareness, training, or just even getting the project started, we may be able to help.
