Modular Pods: Solving For Price and Purpose

The major advantage that modular pods have over traditional construction is that between 70 and 80 per cent of works are carried out entirely offsite and in factory conditions. Not only does that mean you get a perfect pod, crafted by experienced fabricators over hundreds or thousands of repetitions in an ideal environment, you’re also able to avoid the pitfalls of traditional construction: noise, mess, contractor management and more besides.

Our Modular Pod systems, regardless of their intended purpose, are designed from the ground up to minimise time spent on your site. A complex job featuring extensive groundworks or awkward footings may require up to two weeks on site; most of our Pods can be installed within one.

Rather than being limited by traditional construction methodology, our Pods can be fabricated to almost any shape, size or spec you can imagine; the only limitations are your budget, your footprint, and your imagination.

And if budget is a concern, it needn’t be – not only are they more convenient and flexible, they often work out to be more cost-effective than their traditionally-built counterparts, meaning more money left in the coffers for investing in the future of your club.
