Since 2020, our business has grown significantly. In response to increasing market demand, we have expanded our product range beyond Changing Places to include all types of public toilets — from small standalone facilities to large bespoke designs.

Our modular system has been designed
to minimise waste from the ground up. As our product range expands beyond our Changing Places pods, we’ve maintained a design ethos that scales incrementally, based on standard material sizes to minimise costs and promote sustainability.

The footprints shown above are taken from recently completed and upcoming projects, and provide context for what’s possible. But our range is flexible and can be scaled to meet most requirements, whilst enabling rapid onsite installation .

Specification & Options

Across all products, you can select from a wide range of external cladding styles and colours, including various heritage options. Choose the material and colour of your soffits, facias and rainwater goods, as well as doors, signage and access system. Whilst inside, you can select your preferred wall panelling, flooring, sanitaryware and equipment.

It’s common for clients to already have a clear brief prior to speaking with us, so we’re well accustomed to building to your preferred design and specification. We’ve installed Changing Places within many of our combined facilities, and we can even incorporate quiet spaces, multi-faith rooms and sensory rooms.

Process & Timescales

Our turnkey service includes the design, build, and installation of your facility. We can work on a sub-contract basis, though we typically lead projects as principal contractor. Here’s our standard process:

1. Design — We review your site, then advise and provide costs for the most appropriate design options, services requirements and foundation system.

2. Specification — Choose from a range of internal and external materials and options to finalise your spec. We then submit a planning application, if required.

3. Manufacture — Once we have permission to build, we start manufacturing your pod at our premises, providing you with regular photo and video updates.

4. Groundworks — As your pod is nearing completion, we commence groundworks onsite — preparing all required services and installing foundations.

5. Installation — Your pod is delivered and craned into position onsite as a complete unit. Services are commissioned, ground is made good, and we handover.

6. Aftercare — Upon completion, we issue your O&M manual, with all building certificates. We then register your facility and schedule future maintenance.

A typical project is complete within ten-weeks. This includes initial lead times for ordering materials, completing groundworks, pod design, build and delivery, commissioning and handover.

Maintenance, Aftercare & Warranties

Access, security and day-to-day facility management are common concerns for our clients, particularly those working within Local Authorities. That’s why we offer a host of warranty options on our buildings and internal equipment.

Whether we’re adapting an existing space or installing a pod, we provide a 12-month workmanship warranty as standard. This is backed-up with a host of manufacturer’s warranties ranging from one to 50-years. All new build structures, including our pods, come with a ten-year structural guarantee.
